T-RELAX

Tanka’s T-Relax bracelets are formulated with Valerian oil, passiflora see oil and chamomile oil. Valerian Oil is steam distilled from the roots of Valeriana officinalis. This pretty plant produces pretty pinkish white flowers, but it’s the roots that are responsible for the extraordinarily relaxing properties that valerian is known for. Studies have shown that taking valerian in supplement form may be helpful for treating certain conditions, including anxiety and insomnia.
